All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

Costs and Welcome Package:
Outside the rental fee, there are no further costs. The fee includes all city, property and holiday taxes, utilities, mid-weekly cleaning and change of towels, weekly change of linens, final cleaning as well as gardening, pool cleaning and servicing.
Also included, to make settling in smoother, we will have put together a tasty complimentary groceries welcome package, consisting of high quality local organic produce along with beverages such as water, juice for the children, beer, red and white wine.
Booking Procedure and Confirmation:
To confirm a booking reservation at Villa Maestrali, we require a 30% non-refundable down payment of the total balance, per bank wire transfer, within 8 days of the reservation email.
Also, within 8 days of the reservation email, Guest is required to have signed and resent the Rental Agreement and House Rules provided by the owner.
As soon as the funds reach our account, and the signed Rental Agreement is obtained, we send a confirmation email to finalize the reservation.
The remaining balance is then due no later than 8 weeks before the booked arrival date.
We send a reminder email one week prior to the due date of payment.
Again, once the remaining balance has reached our account, we send a confirmation email to this effect, thus securing the booking.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be issued 8 weeks prior to the booked arrival date, otherwise the full balance is due.
To avoid any losses, we recommend taking out traveler's insurance.
Covid Cancellation Policy:
The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
